C4Yourself® is an online application that allows you to apply for and recertify (renew) CalWORKs, CalFresh (Food Stamps) and Medi-Cal benefits. The secure C4Yourself® website will send your application directly to the county for processing.

Once you have applied online, you will automatically be given a “My C4Yourself” account on C4Yourself®. With this account, you have immediate online access to:
  • Contact information of your current county worker
  • Status of your application (pending, approved, denied)
  • Messages from your worker
  • Information about your important due dates
  • Certain forms available to you for download
  • Your up-to-date case/benefit information

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System 
Current Transitional Assistance Department customers can get up to date case information 24 hours a day by using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. This automated system provides customers up to date information about their case such as benefit amount, worker information, office location, and the ability to request forms to be mailed. The IVR System also generates automated voice messages to remind customers about future appointments and missing forms or documents such as Quarterly Reports (QR7) or Medi-Cal Status Report (MSR).  Call the Customer Service Center at 1.877.410.8829 to request that the IVR Consent form be mailed out to you today!
